We have partnered with The Oaks Golf Course (www.golftheoaks.com) to hold this event. This event will take place rain or shine! Register by July 10, 2026!

10:30 - 11:30 AM

Golfers check in, silent auction opens, box lunches distributed, putting contest, ball toss.

11:30 AM - 5 PM

Golf Scramble shotgun start (includes box lunch, 18 holes with golf cart and buffet dinner). Hole prizes and sponsorship opportunities for specific holes, as well as other activities (beverage cart, lunch, dinner).

4:30 - 6:30 PM

Non-golfers arrive, cash bar, cornhole, silent auction/raffle, buffet dinner.

5 - 6:30 PM

Silent auction closes, student art contest awards, school-based mental health speaker, and wrap-up.

Sponsorships
All sponsorship opportunities below include your logo/name on event signage, program, and communications. If you sponsor a hole, you will receive a personalized flag. You will also be featured on the Foundation website, newsletter, and social media posts.
 
Bronze: $250. Partial hole sponsorship.
Silver: $500. Exclusive hole sponsorship and a link to your website.
Gold: $750. Lunch sponsorship, a link to your website, and 1 complimentary green fee.
Platinum: $1,000. Dinner sponsorship, a link to your website, and 2 complimentary green fees.
Diamond: $2,500. Beverage cart sponsorship, a link to your website, presence on #10 tee box, and 1 complimentary foursome.
Double-Diamond: $5,000. Presenting sponsor, a link to your website, presence on #1 tee box, and 2 complimentary foursomes.
Sponsor a Goody Bag Item: Your logo/name on the item in the goody bag, recognition on the program, and in communications. Or donate an item to be included in the goody bag.

Register yourself or others. Price for a single 18-hole golf (with cart, box lunch, and buffet dinner) is $150 and a foursome is $550 (with cart, box lunch, and buffet dinner for 4). Please include the names of the golfers, phone number, and email address.
