Join us for our

2nd Annual Golf "Fore" Hospice Outing on August 23, 2022,

at Centennial Acres to support Hospice of Lansing, Ionia Area Hospice and Stoneleigh Residence. 

 

For over 40 years, we have been the only free standing, community based non-profit hospice that provides care, comfort, and support to patients and families in the mid-Michigan area.

All proceeds and donations for this event will provide charitable care funds,

additional visits and therapies at the end-of-life.

Lunch will be provided to individual groups at the turn. Prizes and awards will be distributed following the event.  We also ask that if you are not vaccinated

to wear your mask inside the clubhouse.

Our event will be held, rain or shine.

  • Costs includes 18 holes of Golf with Driving Range, Green Fees, Carts, Continental Breakfast and All-You-Can-Eat Brats & Burger Lunch

  • $95/golfer or $380 for a Foursome team
